

Katherine Graham moved to Sedona in late 2006. Prior to her move she was Wellness Director for Bishop Gadsden Retirement Community in Charleston, South Carolina. In that capacity, she was responsible for the development and implementation of exercise/lifestyle programs and services. She also administered functional exercise evaluations using the Senior Fitness Test.
Her first position in the health and fitness industry was as a physical therapy assistant. Since then she has become a Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Neuromuscular and Clinical Massage Therapist through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Additionally, she earned an Aging and Dementia Certification through the Duke University Long Term/Gerontology Program.
In addition to working with individual personal training clients, Katherine teaches our very popular stretching and Silver & Fit classes.
James Fisher moved to Sedona in the fall of 1992. James holds certifications from the International Sports Science Association as a Certified Fitness Trainer, Endurance Fitness Trainer and Specialist in Performance Nutrition. James has worked with a diverse client base through the years. Some of his clients include; fire fighters, police cadets, paramedics, national park service search and rescue teams, marathon and distance runners, professional rock climbers and mountain bikers, martial artists and many others looking to improve the quality of their lives through conditioning and proper nutrition.
James also teaches nutrition for optimal health and performance nutrition programs. This season, he has lectured at Northern Arizona University Center for High Altitude Training, for the Flagstaff Junior Olympic Ski Team, the Arizona Mountaineering Club and to youth and college climbing teams at Vertical Relief Climbing Gym in Flagstaff.

Kim Chott has been a Sedona resident since 1979, and is originally from Orange County, California. She started her career in fitness in 1991 when she became a certified Jazzercise instructor. Within two months of certification she took over as a full time instructor, and continued teaching classes in the Sedona area for the next 19 years.
Jazzercise International was founded in 1969 and currently has instructors worldwide in over 32 countries. The Jazzercise program fuses together jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, Yoga, and kickboxing movements to target cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility.
Kim has achieved the distinction of Masters from Jazzercise International “for demonstrating commitment to self-improvement through participation in the Jazzercise continuing education program.” As an instructor, she is committed to the Jazzercise philosophy, which states that fitness is an important aspect of well-being and enhances the overall quality of people’s lives. Kim is dedicated to helping her students understand the value and importance of health and fitness in their own lives. She strives to make each class fun and provide a friendly and supportive environment for her students.
