SedonaFit Fitness Professionals

Wally Reule has been a health and fitness professional for nearly 30 years. He earned both his BS and MBA from Michigan State University, and is a personal fitness trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise. He is a recognized leader in his field, and has been a speaker at national fitness industry trade shows and small business management conferences. Additionally, he has been an adjunct professor at both Central Michigan University and Northern Arizona University.

Wally was drawn to the fitness business because of his own personal commitment to exercise and his desire to share the benefits with others. He began his career as a racquetball pro and assistant manager of a racquetball club, and subsequently managed large health and fitness clubs in major cities around the country. For the eight years prior to his move to Sedona he oversaw the operations of eight premium health clubs in Chicago.

In 2001, his life changed when he was faced with a serious health challenge. According to his physicians, his remarkable recovery was due in large part to his healthy lifestyle. This experience made him rethink his priorities and led to his move to Sedona in 2004. His focus is now on sharing with individuals the many benefits of regular exercise and sound nutritional habits.

Katherine Graham moved to Sedona in late 2006. Prior to her move she was Wellness Director for Bishop Gadsden Retirement Community in Charleston, South Carolina. In that capacity, she was responsible for the development and implementation of exercise/lifestyle programs and services. She also administered functional exercise evaluations using the Senior Fitness Test.

Her first position in the health and fitness industry was as a physical therapy assistant. Since then she has become a Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Neuromuscular and Clinical Massage Therapist through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Additionally, she earned an Aging and Dementia Certification through the Duke University Long Term/Gerontology Program.

In addition to working with individual personal training clients, Katherine teaches our very popular stretching and Silver & Fit classes.
