Our stretch class is designed for all fitness levels to relieve the muscular tension and tightness inherent in everyday life. Core strengthening and balance are key components of this class. As we age, stretching on a regular basis becomes even more important. Remember it's never too late to begin "stretching."
Once the primary fitness regimen for Dancers and Athletes, Pilates is now enjoyed by millions to improve their quality of life. This class focuses on total body condition that emphasizes proper alignment through breath and movement.
A combination of traditional and flow style yoga that utilizes breathing, yoga poses, relaxation and meditation to create balance and inner peace. Strength, flexibility, and focus are the result from the class practice. Challenging for both the beginner and advanced student.
Tai Chi is an internal martial art based in the understanding of how Chi (life force) moves through our bodies. The movements are graceful and powerful much like a sailboat catching a strong wind. All levels are welcome. Class will cover, form study, silk reeling exercises, stretching, push hands and martial applications.
This stimulating class focuses on all elements of fitness incorporating the use of fit balls, bands and free weights with“blasts”of cardio. This class will leave you feeling accomplished and restored.
A fitness and education program designed specifically for medicare beneficiaries, this class combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance training.
Incorporating Pilates and Yoga fundamentals, using a dynamic flow for core strengthening, this is a non-competitive class yet challenging for all levels. We will be targeting all muscle groups through the use of balls, bands, weights, and Yoga balls.

Kinesis Circuit Training
In this fun, challenging group class, you’ll get a whole-body workout

A progressive lifestyle and exercise program for those at risk, or who
have low bone density. This 12-week course will enable you to increase
strength, flexibility and balance while learning relaxation/stress reduction
techniques. There will be strong emphasis on nutrition counseling, exercise
and lifestyle training.

Diabetes Wellness Program
In this program offered by Lifestyle Center of America you will receive
advanced medical care, cognitive behavioral therapy, health education,
nutrition counseling, spa treatments, lifestyle training and personal fitness
evaluation and training.
