This class is revolves around the Kinesis System from TechnoGym, and it features alternate bouts of high intensity cardiovascular exercise with functional resistance training. Led by Wally Reule, it provides a high energy workout that is challenging for all fitness levels, and is guaranteed to increase muscular endurance, balance, flexibility and integration of muscle groups. Each session is four weeks long with three 50 minute classes per week. Session fee: $75.00

RESTING METABOLIC RATE TESTING
This test quickly and easily measures your unique metabolism, providing an accurate and scientific measurement of the number of calories you burn at rest each day. During the test, the air you breathe out is analyzed to determine exactly how much oxygen your body consumed. This is how your metabolic rate is measured. Once completed, your resting metabolic rate will be combined with your exercise and lifestyle energy requirements to calculate your Target Caloric Zones. These Zones provide powerful information to help you lose weight. Fee: $75
This test measures the volume of oxygen your body uses at different exertion levels while you exercise on a bike or treadmill. This is done as you breathe through a mask while wearing a heart rate monitor during a short workout. The recorded information is then used to calculate the following measurements:
Exercising at different levels of intensity will meet different fitness goals. Some intensities burn more fat, some increase endurance, and some focus on strengthening your heart. Target Intensity Zones pinpoint your specific target heart rates required for you to exercise at each level. You will work out smarter, not harder! Fee: $125
30 Minute Nutritional Consultation
This is a great choice if you have a specific nutritional topic that you need help with. Examples include: Supplementation, vegetarian specific concerns, proper amounts of protein carbs and fats, hydration requirements or any other questions you may have. Fee: $30
60 Minute Nutritional Consultation
For more in depth topics that take longer than 30 minutes to address. Fee: $50

This package includes a Resting Metabolic Rate Test and two 30 minute sessions with a nutritional specialist to create a plan based on your current level of fitness and specific goals. Fee: $135

OSTEOEXCEL®
OsteoExcel® is a comprehensive exercise and wellness program for people with osteoporosis, osteopenia, and those at risk. The mission of this program is to increase integrity and balance of both body and mind, resulting in fewer falls, fractures and healthcare costs.
It is a 36 week program, segmented into three (3) twelve week sessions. The first 12 weeks include six educational discussions related to nutrition, bone health and stress. Guided imagery scripts are also included during this phase. The remaining 24 weeks focus on progressive exercise content and stress/mind/body mastery. Classes meet twice weekly for 60 minutes.
This program was developed by WellBeyond, a company that offers a number of holistic, evidence-based fitness curriculums intended to improve daily function and mental outlook, diminish symptoms and speed recovery. Established in 1996, LCA is a division of the Ardmore Institute of Health (AIH) headquartered in Sulphur, Oklahoma, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation with a health education charter. LCA specializes in medically supervised lifestyle intervention programs, focusing on diabetes.
This 12-day program is designed for those with type 2 or pre-diabetes, who want to stop the progression of diabetes and begin to restore health. It is effective at every stage of diabetes. If you are struggling with your weight, we will show you how to avoid pre-diabetes. If you have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, we will teach you diabetes prevention and how you can avoid the onset of diabetes. If you are currently on insulin or oral medication, we will help you lower or eliminate your need for diabetes medications. If you have had diabetes for an extended time, we will show you how to interrupt its progression and begin to reverse its damage. If your diabetes has not responded to changes in diet and exercise, we will help you revise your strategies so that you see results.
