He now serves as the medical director for the Ardmore Institute of Health, and is the medical director, physician and educator for Lifestyle Center of America’s Diabetes Wellness Program™ in Sedona, Arizona.

Elaine Rankin, R.N., Psy.D., CG-C, A.C.H., C.L.C. has been a Registered Nurse for over thirty years, and in the psychology/counseling/life coaching and wellness consultation business for the past decade.  With her keen ability to motivate and inspire people to empower themselves to reach healthy goals, and her deep understanding of how illness effects the many aspects of our lives, she has helped countless individuals around the world to gain the skills and courage needed to face life's varied health challenges.  She makes her home and bases her business in Sedona, Arizona.

Wally Reule, B.S., ACE-CPT, C.W.C., has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years, and as a personal trainer and wellness coach he has inspired countless individuals to achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. He is the owner of SedonaFit, a lifestyle wellness center in Sedona, Arizona.

The SedonaFit Choice program includes the following:

1.  An interactive two-day workshop where you will:

• receive the latest medical information on disease prevention, proper
nutrition, exercise for health, and stress management techniques;
• create your own personal vision and plan for a healthy life;
• anticipate and plan to overcome challenges;
• explore personal strengths you can draw on for success; and
• develop personal three-month goals

2. Twelve weekly individual coaching sessions with a certified coach where you will discuss:

• your previous week’s successes and lessons learned;
• strategies for future success; and
• goals for the next week

3.  Six bi-weekly group seminars which will:

• begin two weeks after the workshop;
• focus on important medical or behavioral topics;
• offer an opportunity for you to catch up with your group; and
• help you move toward your long term goals.

4.  A workbook/journal to plan and record your journey to better health. 
 
5.   Six months of full membership privileges at SedonaFit.
